How ArenaLogic ApS handles personal data from the website and contact form: what we collect, why, where it is stored, and your rights.

Who we are

ArenaLogic ApS (CVR 31588960), Jernaldermarken 62, 4000 Roskilde, Denmark, is the data controller. Contact: info@arenalogic.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, email address, organisation, role and message. When you browse the site: anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics) and technical error reports (Sentry) that help us keep the site working.

Why we use it

Contact details are used only to answer your enquiry and follow up on it (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f), or steps before a contract, art. 6(1)(b)). Usage statistics and error reports are used to improve the site. We never sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

Where it is stored

Contact-form submissions are stored in Google Firebase in the EU (eur3 region). Google (hosting and analytics) and Sentry (error monitoring) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a contract, in which case contract records rules apply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@arenalogic.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.dk).
