How ArenaLogic ApS handles personal data from the website and contact form: what we collect, why, where it is stored, and your rights.

Who we are

ArenaLogic ApS (CVR 31588960), Jernaldermarken 62, 4000 Roskilde, Denmark, is the data controller. Contact: info@arenalogic.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, email address, organisation, role and message, plus how you reached the form: the page you first landed on, the referring site, any campaign tags in the link, and the pages, films and brochures you viewed during your visit. When you browse the site: usage measurement (Google Analytics) and technical error reports (Sentry) that help us keep the site working.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to tell visitors apart and measure how the site is used; they last up to 2 years. The site also keeps your landing page and campaign tags in your browser for 30 days, and the pages you view until you close the tab; this stays in your browser unless you send the contact form. We use no advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Why we use it

Contact details are used only to answer your enquiry and follow up on it (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f), or steps before a contract, art. 6(1)(b)). Usage measurement and error reports are used to keep the site working and improve it (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)). We never sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

Where it is stored

Contact-form submissions are stored in Google Firebase in the EU (eur3 region). Google (hosting and analytics) and Sentry (error monitoring) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a contract, in which case contract records rules apply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@arenalogic.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.dk).
